Cairo, Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), met with Dr. Badr Abdel Ati, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration of Egypt. The meeting discussed topics of common interest and means to enhance cooperation. The secretary general congratulated the minister upon assuming his new duties. The two sides emphasised the importance of cooperation in various sectors as outlined in the joint action plan, which was approved during the joint ministerial meeting between the GCC and Egypt on March 3.
