Berlin: German Chancellor Friedrich Merz held talks with Jordan's Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, focusing on strengthening bilateral cooperation and regional developments.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions covered efforts to sustain calm in the region, as well as opportunities to expand Jordanian-German partnerships in technology, training, education, and defense.

Both sides underlined the importance of deepening cooperation across key sectors to support stability and mutual interests.
