The German Ministry of Interior warned of cyberattacks, describing the level of danger as "high".
The ministry affirmed that the security authorities assess the risk level as high, adding that the authorities are cooperating closely to analyze and prepare for relevant risks.
German Press Agency (dpa) reported that the ministry refused to comment on reports related to alleged preparations for large-scale cyberattacks by private software companies under the direction of Russia.
Germany has been subjected to cyberattacks for years, and these attacks have intensified since the start of the Russian-Ukrainian war more than a year ago.
