The Iraqi judiciary issued a 6-year prison sentence against a drug dealer who was previously arrested by a force from the Popular Mobilization Forces in Baghdad Governorate. The Popular Mobilization Authority stated in a statement that a force from the General Directorate of Security and Discipline in the Popular Mobilization Authority had previously managed to arrest a drug dealer and seize a quantity of 'green hashish' in his possession after obtaining official approvals from the competent judge. The necessary legal measures were taken against the detainee and he was referred to the judiciary, which in turn issued a 6-year prison sentence. Source: National Iraqi News Agency
