The head of the Arab coalition in Kirkuk, the oldest member of the Kirkuk Council, Rakan Saeed Al-Jubouri, said that the session of al-Rashid Hotel in Baghdad last night, in which the governor and head of the Kirkuk Provincial Council were elected, is illegal. He added that this agreement was presented to him 8 months ago and he rejected it 'in order not to put the Arabs in front of a historical insult, according to his expression, indicating that the session was held in the absence of the Turkmen component.
