Hebron Governor discusses the health needs of the governorate with the Minister of Health

HEBRON-Ma'an- Hebron Governor Khaled Dudin received in his office the Minister of Health, Dr. Majed Abu Ramadan, accompanied by the undersecretaries, assistant undersecretaries and the medical staff of the Ministry of Health. At the beginning of the meeting, Governor Dudin welcomed the minister and the accompanying delegation and briefed them on the health situation in the Hebron Governorate, which serves nearly one million people. He called on the minister to provide more services, especially in the contact areas and areas closed by the occupation, travelers and Bedouin camps, and to give them greater medical attention to enhance the steadfastness of the citizens and help them survive. For his part, the Minister of Health thanked Governor Dudin for the warm welcome, praising the efforts of the governorate, stressing that the Hebron Governorate is the focus of the Ministry of Health and that he will do his utmost to improve the health situation there, improve health services and strive to provide the best health service that is commensurate with the size of the governorate and its population. He stressed that the health system in the Hebron Governorate is witnessing great development in terms of infrastructure, staff and enhancing services. The Minister of Health, accompanied by the Governor, toured a number of health facilities in the governorate, including President Mahmoud Abbas Hospital in Halhul, Dura Governmental Hospital, Hebron Governmental Hospital, and the Palestinian Red Crescent Hospital.
