National Security Advisor, Supreme Defence Council Secretary-General and Royal Guard Commander, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today received a cable of congratulations from the Deputy Chairman of the National Council for Arts, HH Shaikh Turki bin Rashid bin Isa Al Khalifa, following the issuance of an order by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, promoting HH to the rank of Lieutenant-General.
HH Shaikh Turki bin Rashid asserted that HH Shaikh Nasser had been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-General in appreciation of HH’s competence, dedication and wide-ranging national achievements, wishing HH continued success in serving the nation.
