Moscow: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and Russian President Vladimir Putin witnessed the exchange of an agreement and several memoranda of understanding between Qatar and Russia at the Kremlin.

According to Qatar News Agency, the exchanged documents included a memorandum of understanding focused on enhancing public financial management, a cooperation agreement covering healthcare, medical education, and medical sciences, an MoU between the Qatar Investment Authority and the Russian Direct Investment Fund to explore joint cooperation opportunities, and another MoU on cultural and sports cooperation.

The ceremony was attended by HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, along with members of the official Qatari delegation. On the Russian side, various ministers and senior officials were present to witness the exchange.
