Pylos: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), participated in the 144th IOC session in Pylos, Hellenic Republic. The session was chaired by HE President of the IOC Dr. Thomas Bach and saw the attendance of Olympic Executive Board members, IOC members, and presidents of international federations and National Olympic Committees.

According to Qatar News Agency, HE President of the Qatar Olympic Committee and Senior Vice President of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani also attended the meeting. The session focused on various topics on its agenda and decisions were taken accordingly.
