HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani left Manila Monday after a state visit to the friendly Republic of the Philippines, heading to Dhaka for a state visit to the friendly People's Republic of Bangladesh. HH the Amir and the accompanying delegation were seen off upon departure at the Maharlika Presidential Airport at Villamor Airbase by HE Secretary of Energy Raphael Perpetuo Lotilla, HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Philippines Ahmed bin Saad Al Hamidi, and HE Ambassador of the Philippines to the State of Qatar Lillibeth Velasco Pono, along with senior Philippine officials and the staff of the Qatari embassy in Manila.
