Doha: HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of congratulations to HE President of the United Republic of Tanzania Samia Suluhu Hassan, on the occasion of her country’s Union Day.

According to Qatar News Agency, the congratulatory message was sent to honor the Union Day of Tanzania, which commemorates the historic unification of Tanganyika and Zanzibar to form the United Republic of Tanzania. This gesture underscores the friendly relations between Qatar and Tanzania, highlighting the importance of diplomatic ties and mutual respect between the two nations.
