Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has won the Grand Prize of the Arab Hospitals Federation (AHF), in the field of epidemiological response, at the conclusion of the 23 annual meeting of AHF in Cairo, which lasted for two days under the slogan “Towards launching new health care strategies”.

The AHF award comes in return for the excellence achieved by the corporation in the field of medical care and the distinguished response to dealing with epidemics such as the Corona pandemic (COVID-19) and its use of the best means and global medical innovations to provide health services of international quality, as the corporation is considered one of the pioneers in this field on area level.

The award was received by Mr. Ali Abdullah Al Khater, Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Healthcare Communications, HMC’s Chief Communications Officer, and Head of HMC’s participating delegation in the Forum.
