Housing and Urban Planning Minister, Amna bint Ahmed Al-Rumaihi, held a meeting with Tunisian Minister of Equipment and Housing, Sarra Zaâfrani, on the sidelines of their participation in the second session of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) Assembly, held here on June 5-9.

The two ministers reviewed the fraternal relations between the two countries, and ways to bolster joint cooperation in the housing and urban development fields.

They also highlighted the progress made by the two countries to achieve Sustainable Development Goals 2030.

The meeting also focused on the efforts made by the two countries to provide housing services to their citizens, in light of the two governments' interest in the housing sector, being one of the requirements of decent living.
