Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today sent a cable of congratulations to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, HE Sadyr Japarov, on the Independence Day of Kyrgyzstan.
