His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met the 24th intake of the Crown Prince's International Scholarship Programme (CPISP), at Riffa Palace.
His Royal Highness highlighted Bahrain’s continued commitment to advance education and knowledge which will further help deliver the Kingdom’s comprehensive development, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
His Royal Highness highlighted the Kingdom’s responsibility in providing Bahraini youth opportunities to further their knowledge and sharpen their skills. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister also noted the importance of developing the education sector as part of a wider strategy to actualise national progress.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulated the students on their admission to the programme, wishing them success in their future studies.
His Royal Highness lauded the efforts of the parents that led to their children’s achievements.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister commended the achievements of CPISP staff and applauded educational institutions for their role in supporting participating students.
His Royal Highness emphasised CPISP offers students an opportunity to fulfil their ambitions, noting the programme’s commitment to excellence since its establishment.

The students of the CPISP 24th intake expressed their gratitude and appreciation to His Royal Highness for his pledge to empower Bahraini youth.
Following a directive issued by HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the CPISP announced that the programme will include an additional ten recipients.
Recipients will be selected from a pool of male and female students in public or private schools, scoring 90% or higher.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and a number of senior officials also attended the meeting.
