This seminar was attended by a number of the Authority's strategic partners, including Qatar University, Lean Construction Institute – Qatar, and Texas A&M University, as well as more than two hundred local companies from the contracting sector, consulting firms, suppliers and providers of technical and digital solutions, and specialized technical institutes.

HE Dr. Eng. Saad bin Ahmad Al Muhannadi, President of the Public Works Authority (Ashghal), said: “We look forward to cooperating with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to work on initiatives that enhance the use of modern technology in construction work, sustainability, and raising productivity in the construction sector. Our goal is to implement most of Ashghal projects using modern technology by 2024, and digital transformation is the first step towards raising global performance standards."
