A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the Iraqi Ambassador to Cairo, Permanent Representative to the Arab League , Qahtaan Taha Khalaf, met with the Egyptian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Ayman Ashour, at the ministry's headquarters in the administrative capital.
