The Ukrainian team was the first to score in the 53rd minute through player Valentin Rubchinsky, but Ayman Hussein quickly brought Iraq back into the match with a goal from a penalty kick in the 57th minute, and Ali Jassim followed with the winning goal in the 75th minute.
