Israeli Occupation Forces Arrest 29 Palestinians in West Bank Raid

Nablus: The Israeli occupation forces arrested Tuesday at least 29 Palestinians during their raid on Balata Camp, east of Nablus in the West Bank.

According to Qatar News Agency, security sources reported that the occupation forces, accompanied by a military bulldozer, stormed Balata Camp amid heavy gunfire. The forces deployed snipers on the roofs of buildings, raided several homes, searched them, and caused significant disruption.

The Palestinian news agency (WAFA) noted that the occupation forces arrested at least 13 people and subjected several others to field investigations during the raid.

In a related operation in Salfit, the Israeli occupation forces arrested 15 Palestinians, including three brothers. Additionally, a Palestinian was arrested from the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin.

Cities, towns, and camps of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem face daily raids and incursions by the occupation forces and settlers. These operations often involve arrests and confrontations, with the use of live and rubber bullets, as well as tear gas.
