Doha: Jordan strongly condemned Monday the Iranian attacks targeting a residential facility in Al-Kharj, which resulted in the deaths of two innocent civilians and injuries to others. In a statement, Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed Jordan's rejection and denunciation of these attacks, which represent a blatant violation of Saudi Arabia's sovereignty and a serious escalation threatening the security and stability of the region. The ministry stressed Jordan's full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its support for all measures taken to protect Saudi Arabia's sovereignty, security, and the safety of its citizens.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Jordanian government expressed its concerns over the implications of these attacks on regional peace. It reiterated its stance against any form of aggression that undermines the sovereignty of nations and endangers civilian lives. The statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also highlighted the importance of international cooperation in addressing such violations to prevent further escalation in the region.
