Kuwait: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Thursday as the All Share Index gained 20.54 points to reach 7,319.38 points, marking an increase of 0.28 percent. According to Qatar News Agency, a total of 433.7 million shares valued at KWD 72.2 million (approximately USD 220.2 million) were traded through 19,967 transactions. The Main Market Index experienced an upward movement, increasing by 33.07 points to settle at 6,654.92 points, reflecting a 0.50 percent rise. This was achieved through 335.18 million shares traded in 14,778 transactions, amounting to a value of KWD 42.7 million (roughly USD 130.2 million). The Premier Market Index also saw an increase, rising by 18.21 points to reach 7,848.92, which is a 0.23 percent hike. This movement involved 98.5 million shares traded through 5,189 transactions, with a total value of KWD 29.4 million (around USD 89.4 million). Meanwhile, the Main 50 Index gained 7.18 points, reaching 6,545.33 points, an increase of 0.11 percent. This was achieved through a stock volume of 179.11 million shares in 8,068 deals, valued at KWD 27.10 million (approximately USD 82.6 million).
