Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in the Lebanese caretaker government Dr. Abdullah Bou Habib discussed on Saturday the political situations in Lebanon with the French President's special envoy Jean-Yves Le Drian who is visiting Beirut.
The two parties discussed the meetings held by Le Drian with the Lebanese parties, said Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement.
Over three days, Le Drian met with several Lebanese officials and politicians within the framework of Paris-led efforts to end the presidential vacancy in Lebanon.
