MADLSA to Launch Unified Platform for Work-Related Complaints and Disputes Today

The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA) will launch today the unified platform for complaints and disputes. This platform allows all members of society to submit reports against violations of the Labor Law, and allows Qatari and non-Qatari workers in the private sector who are subject to the Labor Law to submit their complaints against their employers.

The platform aims at empowering all members of society to submit complaints against their employers whether employers are subject to the Labor Law or there are employers whose works are regulated by MADLSA, such as nurseries, recruitment offices and others.

The platform is run according to the Arabic and English languages with providing the translation of guides and frequently asked questions (FAQs) into other 10 languages. Moreover, a link will be added to MADLSA website in order to provide accessibility to the platform via a device connected to the Internet. In addition, a complaint is submitted via an ID card or entry visit with a mobile phone number or via the National Authentication System (Tawtheeq) and a type of complaint is selected.
