Manama, An official source from the Meteorological Directorate at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications announced that Bahrain is expected to experience a temporary improvement in weather conditions towards the end of the week, with northwesterly winds beginning to sweep across the Kingdom starting tomorrow, Thursday, August 29. The source added that the northwesterly winds will significantly reduce humidity levels, which have been high since the beginning of August following the retreat of the Al Bareh winds. The source further mentioned that the northwesterly winds are also expected to continue until the middle of next week, reaching strong speeds by Friday, leading to dust rising in certain areas and increased sea wave heights over the weekend, before gradually subsiding in the following days. The Meteorological Directorate has urged the public, particularly those who frequent the sea, to stay cautious. Source: Bahrain News Agency
