Riyadh, Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Fayssal Mikdad, discussed with Foreign Minister of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, bilateral relations and means of enhancing them in addition to the latest developments in the region. Mikdad stressed the need to push relations between the two brotherly countries forwards on all levels in the interest of both peoples. He also affirmed significance of coordination and consultation to contribute to boosting joint Arab action and cooperation to find solutions to the challenges facing the region, especially in Gaza and rest of the Occupied Palestinian territories whose people are facing genocide, seige, starvation and mass displacement by the Israeli occupation entity. The two ministers also discussed Syria's efforts to follow up the work of the Arab Liaison Committee on Syria and the good preparation for the next meeting of the Liaison Committee to be held in Baghdad. Mikdad and the accompanying delegation arrived earlier today in the Saudi capital , Riyadh, on a work visit. Source: Syrian Arab News Agency
