Minister of State for International Cooperation Meets Norway’s Deputy Foreign Minister

Doha: HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met Tuesday with HE Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway Andreas Kravik, on the sidelines of the 58th session of the Human Rights Council, held in Geneva: The two sides discussed bilateral cooperation relations and ways to foster them, the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories and cooperation on humanitarian assistance, especially in Gaza and Syria, along with several topics of common interest.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions highlighted the importance of strengthening bilateral ties and enhancing collaborative efforts in addressing humanitarian crises. Both parties expressed a commitment to advancing cooperation in providing aid and support to regions affected by ongoing conflicts, particularly focusing on Gaza and Syria. The meeting underscored mutual interests and the shared goal of promoting peace and stability in the affected areas.
