HE Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater met in Stockholm on Saturday with officials from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and Swedish international development institutions. The meeting discussed ways of cooperation between the two countries, especially in the field of development. HE the Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also met separately with HE Director of the Swedish Institute of International Affairs Jakob Hallgren, HE Head of the Middle East and North Africa Programs at the Institute Rouzbeh Parsi, and HE Director-General of the Folke Bernadotte Academy in the Kingdom of Sweden Per Olsson Fridh. During the meetings, they discussed joint efforts in the fields of security and peace and ways to enhance cooperation between relevant Qatari institutes and institutions and the Swedish Institute of International Affairs. The meetings were attended by HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Sweden Nadia bint Ahmad Al Sheebi. Source: Qatar News Agency
