Geneva: HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met Tuesday with HE United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Turk, on the sidelines of the 58th session of the Human Rights Council, held in Geneva. The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation between the State of Qatar and the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.

According to Qatar News Agency, the agenda of the meeting also covered the latest developments in the region, particularly concerning the situations in the Gaza Strip, Syria, Sudan, and Ukraine. Both parties discussed strategies to strengthen their partnership and address these pressing issues effectively.
