The Ministry of Planning held a joint meeting today, Wednesday, with representatives of the World Bank, to discuss the progress made in implementing projects funded by the World Bank, and the problems and obstacles facing their implementation. The Director General of the Sector Planning Department in the Ministry, Basem Dhari, said in a statement: The meeting came to discuss the progress made in implementing projects funded by the World Bank, in addition to discussing the problems and obstacles presented to the ministry, especially in terms of inclusion and release of disbursement and taxes. He stressed "the agreement to form multiple teams by the ministries concerned with follow-up from the ministry to solve all problems and obstacles, and follow up on the implementation of projects funded by the World Bank, in order to accelerate the pace of work in completing those projects.
