The Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME), represented by the Customer Service Department and Unified Call Center, has received the ISO 10002-2008 certification in applying the best practices of handling complaints of customers and service recipients.
On this occasion, Engineer Hani Salih Al Obaidli, Director of Customer Service Department and Unified Call Center, emphasized that MME has attached great importance to the satisfaction of its customers based on its strategy and in line with the Qatar National Visions 2030. MME seeks to intensify its efforts in order to upgrade the levels of service provided for customers and bolster its capabilities to forge ahead with achieving more excellence in its operations, as he said.
