The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) has designated aides for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) to complete their transactions and come to them wherever they are, particularly the elderly.

These services come as part of MOEHE's focus on providing outstanding services to the category of the elderly and PWDs, in appreciation for them, via the Customer Service Center. The number of transactions used by the elderly and PWDs has reached 36 transactions, since the activation of the service in August 2020 to date, across various fields in consideration of the circumstances of this category.
