The Ministry of Labor (MOL) inaugurated the Digital Transformation Management and Service Automation Unit, with the aim of accelerating the implementation of the Ministry's plan to provide all services electronically without using paper and rely on digital solutions.
The launch of the Digital Transformation Management Unit comes within the framework of the Ministry’s strategy aimed at developing smart electronic services, upgrading the system of electronic services in the labor sector and contributing to facilitating and speeding up the delivery of services provided to customers with the Ministry.
The Digital Transformation Management Unit will develop, update and offer more than 80 services and transactions electronically, as the transaction will be completed without the need to visit the Ministry building or service offices or submit paper documents.
