Mr. Tareq Al Emadi, Director of Information Systems Department at the General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority (GRSIA), has disclosed that new digital services will be launched for GRSIA and all current services will be upgraded so that they will become in a new design with high-quality technologies to facilitate services for the public. He underlined that a new mobile app of GRSIA will be launched within the upcoming three months.

He emphasized that there has been an intensive work over the past 6 months for upgrading GRSIA services in order to be tailored to the new retirement law.

As regards the upgrading of the cybersecurity systems, Mr. Al Emadi said that GRSIA has paid great attention to cybersecurity for a long time and pointed out that GRSIA is among the well- developed entities in the area of cybersecurity and there is constant communication with the National Cyber Security Agency. He emphasized that GRSIA has implemented 95% of cybersecurity requirements and reviewed all applications, servers, and networks in order to ensure that there will be no potential vulnerabilities.
