National Security arrests a member of the Dhi Qar Council on charges of extortion

Nasiriyah local TV announced that the National Security Service arrested a member of the Dhi Qar Council this morning, Wednesday, on charges of "extortion". The TV reported that the arrest took place in the city of Al-Rifai, north of Dhi Qar Governorate. Source: National Iraqi News Agency
