Jeddah: Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) strongly condemned the hostile infiltration by armed members of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps into Bubiyan Island and their clash with Kuwaiti forces, which injured a member of the Kuwaiti military.

According to Qatar News Agency, the organization stated that the incident is a blatant violation of Kuwait's sovereignty, security, international law, and the UN Charter. The OIC called for an immediate halt to these acts that threaten regional stability.

The OIC further reaffirmed its full solidarity with Kuwait, expressing its support for all measures aimed at protecting the country's sovereignty, security, and stability.
