Amman: The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) welcomed the prisoner exchange agreement reached by Yemeni parties during talks in Amman, appreciating this humanitarian achievement. In a statement, the OIC expressed hope that the deal would help ease humanitarian suffering, build trust, and support peace and stability in Yemen.

According to Qatar News Agency, the OIC also commended Jordan for hosting the negotiations, alongside the mediation efforts of the United Nations envoy to Yemen and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
