Manama, Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak Bin Daina, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, participated in the 37th OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting held remotely. The meeting addressed key energy concerns in the context of global challenges, focusing on maintaining oil market stability and sustainability to support the global economy. The minister emphasised Bahrain's commitment to regularly participate in OPEC and OPEC+ meetings to foster cooperation and enrich dialogue with decision-makers in the oil and gas sector. He highlighted the organisation's efforts to stabilize crude oil prices in global markets, which significantly contributed to restoring market balance. During the meeting, it was agreed to extend the level of overall crude oil production for OPEC and non-OPEC Participating Countries in the Declaration of Cooperation until December 31, 2025, and to hold the 38th OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting on December 1st.
