Oil Prices Settle Slightly Up

Doha: Oil prices rose slightly on Thursday at the close of trading. Brent crude futures increased by 43 cents, or 0.65 percent, to settle at USD 66.55 a barrel. At the same time, US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude experienced a rise of 52 cents, or 0.84 percent, reaching a settlement price of USD 62.79 a barrel.

According to Qatar News Agency, the modest increases in both Brent and WTI crude futures reflect ongoing market adjustments. These price changes are seen as part of the broader dynamics affecting global oil markets.
