On the occasion of the Day of the Girl Child, Al-Hakim calls for providing adequate rights and a decent life for girls

The head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, called on Friday to provide the right to education, medical care, the right to work, express opinions and a decent life for girls. Al-Hakim said in a statement, "Based on the tolerant teachings of our true Islamic religion, and on the International Day of the Girl Child, we emphasize the necessity of protecting girls from the challenges facing society, honoring them and caring for their upbringing and care, especially those who have lost their fathers." Al-Hakim called on the concerned authorities to provide the right to education, medical care, the right to work, express opinions and a decent life for our girls," stressing "the necessity of creating appropriate conditions for their proper upbringing so that they can be good mothers in the future."
