One Killed in Israeli Drone Strike in Southern Lebanon

Beirut: A person was killed on Tuesday in an Israeli drone strike targeting southern Lebanon. The Lebanese Health Ministry reported that the strike hit a motorcycle in the town of Houla, resulting in one death.

According to Qatar News Agency, Israeli warplanes carried out low-altitude mock raids over the Zahrani region. A cease-fire agreement in southern Lebanon took effect on November 27 of last year, calling for the withdrawal of Israeli forces from border villages within 60 days. The Lebanese government later extended the deadline to February 18, but the occupation military has remained at five positions and continues to violate the agreement.
