Ramallah - Ma'an - The Palestine Islamic Bank launched the "For Every Student" campaign for university students, which aims to encourage students to use electronic payment solutions in payment transactions. The campaign includes opening a savings account, issuing a prepaid card and an ATM card for free, with the opportunity to enter a draw for 20 cash prizes worth $100 each, in addition to an instant gift when opening an account at the bank. The student's chances of winning increase with every payment transaction using cards or when paying through the E-SADAD service. The General Manager of the Palestine Islamic Bank, Dr. Imad Al-Saadi, said that this campaign aims to encourage university students to use electronic payment solutions and stop using the traditional method of payment, as they are considered the future generation and have a great influence on society and shaping its orientations, stressing that using these cards and the E-SADAD service does not entail any additional costs for customers, and it saves them time and effort and is available around the clock. Al-Saadi added: 'This campaign is in line with our digital transformation strategy and our efforts to encourage customers to use digital financial services and electronic payment solutions and reduce the use of cash payments, given the importance of this in increasing levels of financial inclusion and enhancing economic development in Palestine.'
