Official Spokesperson for the Palestinian Presidency, Nabil Abu Rudeineh, affirmed that the Israeli massacre in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younis, in the south of the Gaza Strip which resulted in the martyrdom and injuring over 350 Palestinians, including children and women, is an extension of the genocidal war on the Palestinian people since the start of the Israeli aggression. Abu Rudeineh highlighted that the Israeli occupation army continues to disregard international humanitarian and legal norms by perpetrating war crimes and acts of genocide against Gazans. He emphasized that the airstrikes directly targeted the tents of displaced persons in Al-Mawasi, where tens of thousands of civilians are sheltered. He accused the US administration of supporting the Israeli occupation army, stressing that this support has condoned the Israeli army to continue perpetrating its crimes against the Palestinians and defying the international legitimacy and the rulings of the international courts which called for halting the aggression and providing protection for the Palestinians. Additionally, Abu Rudeineh called on the UN Security Council and the international community to immediately intervene to stop these bloody massacres and compel the Israeli occupation authorities to immediately end the aggression and refrain from these acts that flout all international legitimacy's resolutions. The Gaza's Ministry of Health announced today that the fatalities of the Israeli massacre in Al-Mawasi area reached 71 martyrs and 289 injured, among them critical cases. Source: Qatar News Agency
