The Communications Department of the Turkish Presidency announced that Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will visit Turkey on August 14 and 15 and will deliver a speech in parliament. The head of the Communications Department, Fahrettin Altun, said in a post on the X platform today, Wednesday: "The President of the State of Palestine, Mr. Mahmoud Abbas, will visit our country on August 14 and 15. Altun added: Mr. Abbas will meet with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the first day of his visit, and then deliver a speech to the General Assembly of Parliament on the second day of the visit" / without mentioning further details.
