Pezashkyan: we will make the Zionist entity regret its act on Haniyeh’s assassination

Tehran, Iranian President, Masoud Pezeshkian, has affirmed that Iran will make the terrorist occupiers regret the assassination against the head of the political bureau of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, in Tehran. 'The relationship between the people of Iran and Palestine will be stronger than ever, and we will continue on the path of resistance and defending the resistance,' Pezeshkian said in a statement on Wednesday, stressing that 'Iran will defend its territorial integrity, dignity, honor, and pride, and will make the terrorist occupiers regret their cowardly act.' The Iranian authorities announced this morning the assassination of the head of the Political Bureau of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, after the targeting of his residence in Tehran.
