The Polish Border Guard Agency announced today, Tuesday, the arrival of about 30,600 refugees from Ukraine during the past 24 hours, which brings the total number of Ukrainians fleeing to Poland since the beginning of the Russian military operation to more than 14.38 million refugees.

The Polish radio quoted the agency as saying: "About 38,000 Ukrainians left Poland yesterday, Monday, to return to their country again," noting that "the total number of Ukrainians returning to their country amounted to 12.62 million people."

Poland had passed, in March 2022, a draft law that provides a support package for Ukrainian refugees fleeing their country, granting them legal residence, and guaranteeing them the right to access education, health care and social services.
