Prime Minister of Qatar Engages in Phone Discussion with Saudi Foreign Minister on Regional Mediation Efforts

Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani held a phone call with HH Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al Saud. During their discussion, the two leaders explored bilateral cooperation and examined strategies to improve and deepen their collaborative relations.

According to Qatar News Agency, the conversation also focused on Pakistan-led mediation efforts between the United States and Iran. Both parties emphasized the importance of coordination in supporting mediation processes aimed at easing tensions and reinforcing regional security and stability.

HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed the necessity for all involved parties to engage constructively in mediation efforts. He highlighted the importance of addressing crisis root causes through dialogue and peaceful means, which would pave the way for a sustainable agreement preventing future escalations.
