Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent a cable of condolences to President of the Federative Republic of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, on the victims of the plane crash in the town of Vinhedo in the state of Sao Paulo.
