The State of Qatar has ranked among the top 10 countries globally in 10 index as part of the 2021 Global Talent Competitiveness Index and Report issued by France-based INSEAD School. The indicator measures the competitiveness of countries based on strategies developing and attracting human capitals, something which will achieve high rates of productivity and prosperity.
The State of Qatar ranked 1st globally in the rate of women joining higher education, 2nd globally in the infrastructure of information technology, 3rd globally in use of social media channels, 4th globally in employability, 5th globally in the index of openness toward attracting talents from abroad and wage-productivity relationship.
Qatar also ranked 6th globally in the index of higher education link with labor and employment market, 7th globally in the index of accessibility to skillful professionals, 8th globally in availability of scientists and engineers, 9th globally in productivity per employee index and 10th globally in market dominance index.
