Qatar and Antigua and Barbuda Engage in Civil Aviation Discussions

Doha: A bilateral talks session between the civil authorities of the State of Qatar and Antigua and Barbuda was held on Tuesday. The session aimed to explore avenues for collaboration in the domain of civil aviation.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Qatari delegation was led by Mohamed bin Faleh Al Hajri, who is In Charge of Managing Qatar Civil Aviation Authority. The Antigua and Barbuda delegation was headed by HE Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Transportation and Investment Charles Fernandez.

The discussions focused on the potential signing of an agreement to open the airspace between the two nations. Both sides explored ways to enhance cooperation in air transport and exchanged views on several topics of mutual interest within the field of civil aviation.
