The State of Qatar participated in the ministerial meeting of the GCC member states with the Russian Federation, on the sidelines of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

The State of Qatar was represented in the meeting by HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi.
